On May the 13th, nine of the Netball Academy girls played their first game representing Playford International College in the state’s most elite competition at Priceline Stadium. The girls are playing for Central District Netball Club as part of our academy pathways program in the Intermediate Development Squad. They have been working very hard in the Netball Academy classes where they have displayed the talent and commitment to earn this exciting opportunity. They will be competing for the full winter season each Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm. They started off the season with a wonderful win against Newton Jags, 39-21. We are very proud of their achievements so far and look forward to the season ahead. The Netball Academy aspires to develop young netballers and support them to reach their full potential in the wider community.
