Battle of the Bands
The Battle of the Bands took place at the end of term 2 during the schools Exhibition of Learning afternoon. The event was the culmination of the Contemporary Music classes learning in Semester 1 and showed off some exceptional performances by all classes involved. The Year 10 VET Certificate 2 class were responsible for all set up for the event and did a marvelous job safely staging and running the event in a professional and collaborative manner and they also provided some standout performances of the day with exciting renditions of Airplanes by B.O.B and Centuries by Fallout Boy. The Battle of the Bands provided a great opportunity for all members of our school to celebrate the achievements of our Contemporary Music Students and show off their hard-work and progress throughout the semester.
