Feedback and Complaints

Alleviating any concerns of the parents/caregivers of Playford International College students is a priority. In the initial event of a grievance we encourage you to contact us so we can arrange a personal discussion with a staff member. Please be assured all concerns are looked into and we aim to respond as soon as possible.

If the initial matter is not resolved, or if your complaint is about a teacher, you may want to meet with or write to our Principal who will work with you and the staff member to resolve the issue.
